DOCS Dermatology Group is seeking a Medical Receptionist to handle multi-line phone systems, greet patients, collect insurance information, and schedule appointments in a fast-paced dermatology setting. The role emphasizes accurate data entry, courteous patient interactions, and teamwork with physicians and staff.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with medical terminology is a plus.
• Ability to learn center tasks and assist management and physicians.

Responsibilities

• Answering multi-line phones.
• Greeting patients and vendors.
• Signing patients in and out, obtaining insurance information and other data.
• Scheduling appointments on the phone and at checkout desks.
• Collecting outstanding balances and copays.
• Providing patients with support and guidance as needed.
• Maintaining a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures.
