DOCS Dermatology Group is hiring a Medical Receptionist to handle multi-line phones, greet patients and vendors, manage check-in/out, and collect insurance information in a fast-paced dermatology environment.

The role emphasizes patient care, accuracy in data collection, and collaboration with physicians and staff to ensure smooth daily operations. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k matching, life insurance, EAP, and PTO.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent certificate.
• Prior experience with medical terminology is a plus.
• Ability to learn related center tasks and assist management.
• Self-motivated to achieve the highest patient care and customer service standards.

Responsibilities

• Answering multi-line phones.
• Greeting patients and vendors.
• Signing patients in and out, obtaining insurance information and any other necessary data.
• Scheduling appointments on the phone and at checkout desks.
• Collecting outstanding balances and copays.
• Providing patients with support and guidance as needed.
• Maintaining safe, secure and healthy work environment by establishing and following standards and procedures.
