DOCS Dermatology Group is seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our front desk team. You will welcome patients, collect insurance information, schedule appointments, and manage data entry in the EHR system. This role supports physicians and staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

We value excellent patient care, professional communication, and reliability in a fast-paced dermatology setting. The position is on-site with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent certificate.
• Prior experience with medical terminology is a plus.
• Ability to learn related center tasks and be of assistance to management and physicians.
• Self-motivated to achieve the highest patient care and customer service standards.

Mansioni

• Answering multi-line phones
• Greeting patients and vendors
• Signing patients in and out, obtaining insurance information and any other necessary data
• Data entry into EHR systems.
• Scheduling appointments on the phone and at checkout desks
• Collecting outstanding balances and copays
• Providing patients with support and guidance as needed
• Maintaining safe, secure and healthy work environment by establishing and following standards and procedures.
