Job summary

It’s A Secret Med Spa in Plano, TX is seeking a friendly Client Concierge to warmly greet clients, answer calls, and educate them about our services. You will be the first impression and help keep the front desk running smoothly.

You’ll assist providers with scheduling, maintain a clean, professional environment, manage the POS system, and ensure HIPAA confidentiality while delivering outstanding service. Flexibility to work weekends and a team-oriented attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience (1 year)
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends
• Previous experience in a med spa or medical office preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to communicate with proper etiquette
• Ability to multi-task while attending to clients and being flexible to business needs
• Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative
• Energetic, friendly personality with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service
• Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA and company policy
• Maintain integrity with strong ethics
• Sound judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills
• Sit or stand for long periods
• Reach above shoulder height, crawl, kneel, push/pull 50 lbs
• Working knowledge of Microsoft applications
• Bilingual preferred
• Other duties as assigned

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet clients in person and over the phone while educating them about our services
• Manage front desk duties: check in/out, answer calls, greet clients, oversee inventory, stock supplies
• Maintain a clean and professional environment throughout the facility
• Assist providers and managers with scheduling and maintaining appointment books
• Comply with company policies to ensure streamlined processes
• Ensure POS system is updated with client and employee information
