It’s A Secret Med Spa in Prosper, TX is seeking a confident Client Concierge to join our team. You’ll be the friendly first impression, handling intakes, scheduling, and ensuring every patient receives outstanding service.

Responsibilities include greeting clients, managing front desk tasks, keeping the area welcoming and compliant with HIPAA, and supporting providers and managers with scheduling while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience (1 year) required.
• Flexibility to work weekends.
• Med spa or medical office experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA and company policy.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Strong integrity and ethical judgment.
• Prolonged sitting/standing may be required.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly in person and by phone.
• Handle front desk duties: check-in/out, calls, attendance, inventory, supplies.
• Maintain a clean, professional facility.
• Assist providers and managers with scheduling.
• Ensure POS records are accurate.
• Comply with company policies for streamlined processes.
