You will manage front desk duties, assist providers with scheduling, maintain a clean, professional environment, and support a friendly, collaborative team while upholding HIPAA and privacy standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Flexible schedule with weekend availability.
• Experience in a med spa or medical office preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate with proper etiquette.
• Ability to multi-task while attending to clients.
• Team player with initiative.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and high integrity.
• Able to sit or stand for long periods; lift up to 50 lbs.
• Proficient with Microsoft applications.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet clients in person and over the phone and educate on services.
• Handle front desk duties: check-in/out, calls, greet, inventory, and supplies.
• Maintain a clean and professional facility.
• Assist providers and managers with scheduling and appointment books.
• Ensure POS system accurately handles client data.
• Follow company policies for streamlined location operations.
