Job summary

Its A Secret Med Spa is seeking a Client Concierge to warmly greet clients, manage front desk tasks, and support scheduling in a fast-paced medical spa environment. The role requires a professional demeanor, strong communication, and attention to HIPAA safeguards.

You will assist providers, maintain a welcoming facility, and ensure accurate POS and client records while contributing to a positive guest experience across our nationwide locations.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Flexible schedule with weekends.
• Med spa or medical office experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate with proper etiquette.
• Ability to multi-task while attending to clients.
• Team player with initiative.
• Energetic, friendly personality with strong service orientation.
• Maintain patient/client confidentiality per HIPAA and company policy.
• Maintain a high level of integrity and sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet clients in person and over the phone, providing basic knowledge about services.
• Manage front desk duties: check-in/out, answer calls, greet clients, oversee inventory, stock supplies.
• Maintain a clean and professional environment throughout the facility.
• Assist providers and managers with scheduling and appointment books.
• Ensure compliance with company policies to streamline location processes.
• Manage POS system accurately with client and employee information.
