Job summary

It’s A Secret Med Spa in Plano seeks a client concierge to warmly greet clients, provide service information, and support front desk operations at the location. You’ll manage check-ins, scheduling, and inventory while upholding a high standard of customer care.

The role requires excellent communication, the ability to multi-task, and a flexible schedule including weekends; prior med spa or medical office experience is preferred and HIPAA compliance is expected.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Flexible schedule with ability to work weekends.
• Med spa or medical office experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain HIPAA confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients in person and over the phone with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Manage front desk duties: check-in/out, scheduling, inventory, and supplies.
• Maintain a clean, professional environment throughout the facility.
• Assist providers and managers with scheduling and appointment books.
• Ensure POS system and client/employee data are accurately recorded.
