Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and manage the front desk flow.
• Verify insurance and collect co-pays where required.
• Enter patient data accurately into the system.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and protect confidentiality.
• Maintain lobby area and keep it stocked and clean.
• Assist with scheduling and referrals as needed.
• Support staff and help with provider coordination.
