Wichita Urology Group is seeking a Phone Room Operator to be the friendly voice for patients, answering and routing calls, scheduling appointments, and guiding patients through their healthcare journey with empathy and clarity.

You’ll also cross-train as a Registration Specialist, with opportunities to grow within the organization while maintaining a patient-centered approach and high standards of care.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of phone operator or registration experience in a medical office.
• Strong customer service orientation and empathy.
• Solid computer skills and experience with multi-line phones.
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation.

Responsabilités

• Answer and route incoming calls with professionalism and warmth.
• Schedule appointments using iSalus EHR.
• Use paging and voicemail systems to ensure messages reach the right people.
• Keep patient information accurate and up-to-date.
• Hit weekly call goals and contribute to team targets.
• Assist with patient registration and front desk needs as needed.
• Protect patient confidentiality at all times.
• Tackle additional administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
