Qualifications

• 1–2 years of patient registration/front desk experience in a medical setting.
• Strong communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Proficient with computers and basic office equipment.
• Organized and able to juggle multiple tasks.
• Committed to accuracy, confidentiality and efficiency.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients warmly and provide concierge-level service.
• Accurately collect patient information and payments.
• Schedule appointments and enter lab orders efficiently.
• Manage incoming calls and prepare paperwork.
• Maintain a tidy lobby and workspace.
