Trinity Health IHA Medical Group is seeking a Medical Receptionist to be the friendly first contact for patients. You will help create a positive patient experience while supporting efficient office operations and high-quality care.

The role involves welcoming patients, verifying information, scheduling, handling calls, collecting payments, and maintaining records. A friendly, team-focused environment with day-shift hours awaits the right candidate.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in medical, physician office, or customer service environment preferred.
• Course work in insurance/billing or related education is a plus.

Mansioni

• Welcome patients and visitors with professionalism and compassion.
• Check patients in and verify registration and insurance information.
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments.
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and route messages.
• Collect payments and support accurate billing processes.
• Assist with patient communications, paperwork, and MyChart support.
• Maintain patient records and support day-to-day office operations.
• Partner with providers and clinical staff to ensure a smooth patient experience.
