Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher or enrolled in comparable program.
• 2+ years in customer service to patients/customers.
• Strong communication with diverse groups.
• Passion for customer satisfaction and positive demeanor.

• Results-driven with multitasking and flexibility in team settings.
• Schedule flexibility based on business needs.
• Interest in technology and current innovations.
• Optical experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding patient experience; collaborate to achieve store goals and metrics.
• Greet patients, identify needs, provide information about products and services.
• Answer inquiries and gather necessary information for a positive experience.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Assist with patient complaint resolution and update on pending orders.
• Maintain brand standards and perform basic housekeeping as needed.
• Keep patient records confidential and HIPAA compliant.
