Physicians Eyecare Group is seeking a Doctor Technician to deliver exceptional patient service at our Winston-Salem store. You will help ensure a smooth flow between clinical services and retail, providing information about products and services while supporting the patient journey.

Qualifications

• Minimum an associate degree or advanced certification beyond high school.
• 2+ years delivering outstanding customer service in a clinical, retail, or healthcare setting.
• Strong communication skills with diverse groups of people.
• Passion for customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive demeanor.
• Proactive, solution-oriented approach to addressing patient concerns.
• Results-driven with ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing needs.
• Flexible scheduling based on business needs; willingness to work varied shifts.
• Interest in technology and curiosity about ongoing innovations in eyewear.
• Experience in optical or eyeglass retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding patient experience by collaborating with other team members to achieve store goals and clinical metrics.
• Greet patients entering the store, identify needs, and explain available products and services.
• Answer inquiries and collect information to ensure a positive patient experience.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Assist with patient complaint resolution and communicate status of orders.
• Maintain brand standards and perform basic housekeeping as needed.
• Keep patient records confidential and compliant with HIPAA requirements.
• Other duties as assigned and required.
