DOCS Dermatology Group in Charlotte, NC seeks a Medical Receptionist to manage phones, greet patients, verify insurance, and schedule appointments. The role supports physicians and front desk operations in a fast-paced dermatology environment.

You will handle billing, patient guidance, and maintain a welcoming, efficient front desk while upholding safety standards. Prior experience with medical terminology is a plus, HS diploma required, strong customer service skills preferred.
