DOCS Dermatology Group is seeking a Medical Receptionist to greet patients, collect information, and support physicians at one of our dermatology centers. You will manage phones, schedules, and insurance data in our EHR system, ensuring a friendly, efficient patient experience.

This position emphasizes accuracy, professionalism, and teamwork across a busy clinic. A high school diploma is required, medical terminology familiarity is a plus, and you will be part of a nationwide network delivering

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with medical terminology is a plus.
• Ability to learn clinic tasks and assist management and physicians.
• Strong patient care and customer service standards.

Responsibilities

• Answering multi-line phones
• Greeting patients and vendors
• Signing patients in and out, obtaining insurance information and any other necessary data
• Data entry into EHR systems
• Scheduling appointments on the phone and at checkout desks
• Collecting outstanding balances and copays
• Providing patients with support and guidance as needed
