Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ years of customer-facing experience.
• Proficient with multiple applications and data entry in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and perform health screening at check-in.
• Verify demographics and insurance information in the Practice Management System.
• Ensure all forms are completed, signed, and referrals noted in Epic when needed.
• Collect payments, co-pays, and post them to the patient account.
• Complete end-of-day cash processing and balance daily deposits.
