You will handle high-volume front-desk tasks, collect copays, and ensure accurate data entry in the Epic/Resolute systems, while following HIPAA privacy guidelines and company policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Intermediate level of computer proficiency and familiarity with EMR or practice management systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and perform health screenings at check-in.
• Verify demographics and insurance information in the system.
• Collect payments and balance daily cash; ensure proper cash handling and reporting.
