Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience

Responsibilities

• Check-in patients and conduct health screenings as they arrive for appointments
• Verify demographics and insurance information and update records
• Collect payments and perform cash handling duties
• Ensure patients are properly registered and documents are signed
• Enter referral data and update Epic/EMR records
• Reconcile end-of-day cash and balance deposits
