Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience or clinical leadership.
• An associates degree or advanced certification beyond a high school diploma; or currently enrolled.
• Strong communication skills in a fast-paced team environment.
• Passion for exceptional patient care and mentoring others.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business and schedule requirements.
• Knowledge of MS Word and Google Docs.
• Optical or clinical experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and identify needs to deliver a memorable experience and explain products and services.
• Drive sales to meet store revenue goals while delivering outstanding service.
• Resolve issues and train the team on troubleshooting techniques.
• Supervise Doctors and Technicians on diagnostic testing and clinical standards.
• Ensure training guidelines, procedures, certifications, and HIPAA-compliant records.
• Maintain store brand standards and basic housekeeping.
• Coach and train staff on contact lens insertion/removal.
• Oversee contact lens orders and inventory weekly.
