Job summary

Now Optics, a Stanton Optical brand, is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to partner with the Brand Manager in a on-site store setting. You will supervise the team to achieve clinical and sales goals, champion HIPAA-compliant patient care, and mentor technicians across diagnostic testing, refraction, and contact lens services.

You will model excellence in customer service, train staff on clinical protocols, and ensure accurate patient records while maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management or clinical leadership experience.
• Associate degree or higher, or currently enrolled in a comparable program.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Passion for exceptional customer/patient care and mentorship.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules.
• Knowledge of basic office tools (MS Word, Google Docs).
• Optical or clinical experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store team to meet clinical goals with guidance from Clinical Operations Department.
• Act as Manager on Duty to support overall store goals.
• Greet patients and identify needs to deliver an easy, memorable experience with product/service information.
• Drive sales while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Provide supervision and guidance to Doctor Technicians on pre-testing, refraction, contact lens care, and PEG clinical standards.
• Maintain patient records with confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Ensure store brand standards and perform basic housekeeping tasks as needed.
• Coach Doctor Technicians and cross-trained staff on contact lens procedures and inventory management.
