Stanton Optical is seeking an experienced Clinical Services Manager to lead the store team in delivering exceptional patient care while meeting clinical goals. You will supervise technicians, troubleshoot issues, and drive sales with a strong emphasis on service quality and compliance.

Collaborate with the Brand Manager and Clinical Operations to ensure adherence to PEG clinical standards, HIPAA, and store procedures. Prior experience in optical/clinical settings is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail management or clinical leadership experience.
• Associate degree or higher or currently enrolled in a comparable program.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team.
• Passion for exceptional patient care and mentoring others.
• Flexibility to adapt to scheduling needs.
• Proficiency with basic office tools (MS Word, Google Docs).
• Optical/clinical experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and support the store team to meet clinical goals with guidance from Clinical Operations.
• Act as Manager on Duty to achieve store goals and support operational and sales targets.
• Greet patients, identify needs, and explain products and services clearly.
• Drive sales while maintaining outstanding customer service and patient care.
• Train Doctor Technicians on diagnostic testing, contact lens care, and PEG clinical standards.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant patient records and store housekeeping standards.
• Oversee contact lens orders, trials, and inventory management.
