Job summary

Stanton Optical seeks a Clinical Services Manager to supervise the store team and support the Brand Manager in delivering quality patient care and achieving clinical and sales goals.

You will train Doctor Technicians, oversee diagnostic testing, ensure HIPAA-compliant records, and maintain store brand standards while coaching staff to provide an outstanding patient experience across shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in retail management or clinical leadership role.
• Associate degree or higher certification required or in progress.
• Strong communication and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Willingness to mentor and train others; flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store team to meet clinical goals under Clinical Operations guidance.
• Act as Manager on Duty to support store operations and sales goals.
• Train and direct Doctor Technicians in Diagnostic Pre-Testing and Digital Refraction; oversee PEG clinical standards.
