Job summary

Stanton Optical, operating as Now Optics d/b/a Stanton Optical, seeks a Clinical Services Manager for an on-site store location to lead the clinical and sales team under the Brand Manager. You will ensure patients receive quality care by guiding the store team to follow clinical processes and meet daily goals.

You will train Doctor Technicians, supervise clinical services, and act as Manager on Duty to support store operations and revenues while maintaining HIPAA compliance and brand standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail management or clinical leadership required.
• Associate degree or higher, or enrolled in a comparable program.
• Strong communication and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for exceptional patient care and mentoring others.
• Flexible to adapt to schedule changes.
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Google Docs).

Responsibilities

• Supervise store team to meet clinical goals with guidance from Clinical Operations.
• Act as Manager on Duty to achieve store goals.
• Greet patients, identify needs, and explain products and services.
• Drive sales to meet revenue goals while delivering top service.
• Train Doctor Technicians in diagnostics, lens care, and PEG standards.
• Ensure training guidelines and HIPAA-compliant practices.
• Maintain accurate patient records and confidentiality.
• Uphold store brand standards and housekeeping.
• Coach technicians and cross-trained staff on lens procedures.
• Oversee lens orders and weekly inventory of diagnostic lenses.
