Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to lead and coach the store team, ensuring quality patient care and adherence to clinical processes under the Clinical Operations Department.

You will sometimes serve as Manager on Duty, guiding the team to meet clinical and sales goals, supervise Doctor Technicians, and uphold HIPAA compliance while maintaining accurate patient records and store standards.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management or clinical leadership experience.
• Associate’s degree or advanced certification (or current enrollment in a related program).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team.
• Passion for exceptional patient care and willingness to mentor others.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business and schedule requirements.
• Knowledge of MS Word, Google Docs, and similar office tools.
• Optical or clinical experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store team to meet clinical goals with guidance from Clinical Operations.
• Act as Manager on Duty to support store operations and sales goals.
• Greet patients, identify needs, and explain products and services.
• Train Doctor Technicians in diagnostic procedures and PEG clinical standards.
• Maintain patient records with HIPAA compliance.
• Ensure stores meet brand standards and housekeeping.
