Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to lead and coach the store team in delivering exceptional patient care and achieving clinical goals under guidance from the Clinical Operations Department.

You will act as Manager on Duty, supervise Doctor’s Technicians, ensure HIPAA compliance, and drive daily store operations, customer service excellence, and sales performance in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Greet patients and identify needs to enhance experience.
• Drive store revenue by meeting daily, weekly and monthly goals.
• Resolve customer issues and train team on troubleshooting.
• Supervise Doctor’s Technicians in Pre-Testing, Local Mode and Digital Refraction.
• Ensure training guidelines and HIPAA-compliant practices are followed.
• Maintain detailed patient records with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee proper protocols for patient contact lens orders and trials.
• Ensure store brand standards and housekeeping are maintained.
• Coach and train staff on insertion/removal of contact lenses for wearers.
• Support the Clinical Operations Department in achieving clinical goals.
