• Understand insurance coverage criteria to provide accurate information to patients.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with all patients.
• Daily scanning and organization of paperwork and tickets.
• Routing and reconciliation of undetermined tickets.
• Answer incoming phone calls efficiently and courteously.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor or manager.
• On-the-job training will be provided.
