Ascension St. Vincent Orthopedic Hospital in Newburgh, IN is seeking a PACU Orthopedics support role. This full-time day-shift position assists patients as they awake from anesthesia, helps with comfort care and safe transfers, and supports post-surgical recovery.

You will monitor vitals, promptly report changes to PACU nurses, prepare rapid-turnaround bays, and ensure stations are stocked and sanitized. You’ll also aid in handoffs and discharge to inpatient units or to vehicles.

Qualificações

• BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date.
• High School diploma equivalency or 1 year of applicable cumulative job experience; licensure/certification can substitute.

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration

• Required Credential(s):
• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. *Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
