Physicians Eyecare Group is seeking a Doctor Technician to deliver outstanding customer service at the store level and to support a smooth transition from clinical services to the retail team.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients and/or customers.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills with a diverse group of people.
• Associate degree or advanced certification; or current enrollment in a comparable program.
• Knowledgeable about Microsoft Suite 365 and basic office software.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers as they enter the store and identify their needs to ensure a positive experience.
• Answer inquiries, schedule and confirm appointments, and facilitate sales promotions.
• Support both clinical and retail teams to ensure a seamless patient journey.
• Maintain patient records securely and confidentially in accordance with HIPAA.
