Physicians Eyecare Group is seeking a Doctor Technician to be the friendly first touchpoint in our Fuquay-Varina store. You will deliver outstanding customer service, help patients navigate products and services, and support clinical teams by coordinating care transitions.

The role combines patient interaction with light administrative tasks. You will work with a collaborative team, adapt to busy periods, and contribute to a positive, service-driven store environment that emphasizes quality eye

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or advanced certification beyond high school.
• 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients or customers.
• Ability to communicate with a diverse group of people.
• Passion for customer satisfaction and a positive demeanor.
• Proactive problem solving and multitasking in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding patient experience, collaborating with team members to meet store goals.
• Greet patients, identify needs, and inform them about products and services.
• Answer inquiries and gather information to ensure a positive experience.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; assist with complaint resolution.
• Maintain brand standards and HIPAA-compliant patient records.
• Other duties as assigned.
