Job summary

Physicians Eyecare Group is seeking a Doctor Technician to provide first-touch customer service and support for the retail and clinical teams. You will guide patients through pre-testing, tests, and the purchase journey, ensuring a positive experience in-store.

The role requires 1+ year of customer service experience, strong communication, and flexibility to work with a dynamic team. Educational qualifications include an associate degree or related certification, with Microsoft Office

Qualifications

1+ year of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients and/or customers.
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing business needs in a team environment.
Proficient communication with a diverse group of people.

Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding patient/customer service as the first touchpoint in-store.
Greet customers, identify needs, and facilitate sales promotions.
Coordinate between retail and clinical teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Schedule and confirm appointments and resolve patient concerns.
Maintain patient records securely and HIPAA-compliant.
