Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and identify needs to ensure an easy and memorable experience while promoting products and services.
• Assist management with patient scheduling and order status updates; resolve basic patient concerns.
• Maintain patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance and data security.
• Support clinical and retail teams to achieve store goals and improve patient experience.
• Perform basic repairs and assist with eyeglass orders to ensure timely delivery.
