• Documents patient care accurately and promptly in the EHR when applicable.
• Participates in hand-off/report of pertinent patient and departmental needs on arrival and departure.
• Performs delegated tasks once competency is validated.
• Assists mobilization of patients using safe transfer techniques and promotes independence.
