Lincare seeks a motivated representative to communicate with customers, answer questions, and educate on products and services in a healthcare setting. You will document calls, enter orders, and verify demographics, helping ensure compliance with physician directions and accurate patient records.

Successful candidates will read and analyze orders, train others as needed, and perform dose-related calculations with attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Read and analyze patient orders.
• Effectively communicate with coworkers and patients alike.
• Assist with the training of employees.
• Calculate figures and amounts related to frequency and doses dispensed.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with customers via inbound and outbound calls and calls generated by an automated dialer.
• Assess customer needs for additional products/services.
• Assess customer compliance with physician orders.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products/services.
• Document calls in the computerized record keeping system.
• Enter customer orders in the computerized system.
• Verify and update demographic information in records.
