Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a department leader to oversee daily operations. This remote-capable role emphasizes staff development, quality metrics, and service excellence within a collaborative healthcare environment.

The position requires a high school diploma (CPhT preferred) and 2+ years in managed care or PBM settings; call center experience is a plus. Travel up to 5% may be required. Lumicera offers comprehensive benefits and remote-friendly policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• CPhT preferred.
• 2 years’ experience in a managed care, specialty pharmacy, customer service, or PBM environment required.
• Experience in a call center environment preferred.
• Direct leadership or coaching/mentoring experience preferred.
• Pharmacy claim/benefit experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and data privacy practices preferred.
• Ability to adhere to compliance objectives and interact cooperatively with others.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support department staff daily, ensuring quality metrics.
• Coach and develop staff; monitor performance and provide feedback.
• Coordinate with hiring/temp agencies and act as escalation resource.
• Ensure resources and software systems are current and accessible.
• Travel up to 5% as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
