Qualifications

• High School Diploma required
• Excellent communication skills and computer proficiency required
• Attention to detail and typing accuracy required
• Ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision
• Proven ability to multi task and exceed customer expectations is required
• Ability to sit for extended periods of time while data entry via phone is required (can be accommodated)

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, collect copays and explain the consent form
• Assist with iPad check-in and troubleshoot; provide feedback
• Recognize when language services are needed
• Distribute films/CDs while upholding HIPAA and privacy policies
• Collaborate with technologists/radiologists to ensure proper patient flow
• Process mail and deliveries; prepare next day schedule
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of information in systems
• Respond to scheduling emergencies and budget/pay-related tasks
• Support with waitlist and template-based entries for machine utilization
• Address patient and doctor concerns with professionalism and accuracy
• Keep management informed of issues affecting departments or customers
• Stay updated on policy changes impacting daily work
• Maintain cash accuracy and daily deposits
• Assist with onboarding and training of new staff
• Perform related duties and help improve survey response rates
