Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide general office support and assist the Hearing Care Practitioner with patient flow.
• Utilize scheduling systems to maximize appointment opportunities.
• Contact current, past, and potential patients and report results.
• Support marketing and community engagement activities with the HCP.
• Answer calls and messages professionally with timely follow-up.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and patient records.
