Beltone is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator in Spirit Lake to deliver a high-quality hearing healthcare experience. You will support the HCP with daily office tasks, manage scheduling to optimize testing opportunities, and actively reach out to patients to grow appointment bookings.

The role involves professional communication, HIPAA compliance, basic financial reconciliation, and a welcoming office environment.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2 years office experience preferred.
• 2 years customer service experience preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office is required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative support and assist the Hearing Care Practitioner (HCP) with patient flow and office tasks.
• Manage scheduling to maximize testing opportunities in the office.
• Conduct patient outreach to current, past, and potential patients and report on appointment outcomes.
• Collaborate with the HCP on local marketing and community engagement to drive referrals.
• Handle incoming calls and messages professionally and ensure timely follow-up with patients.
