Job summary

Beltone-New-England is seeking a Patient Outreach & Scheduling Coordinator to reconnect existing patients with hearing care offices and keep provider schedules full. This phone-focused role involves reaching out to patients, identifying needs for follow-up care or updated hearing technology, and helping schedule appointments across multiple locations.

The position emphasizes relationship-building with patients and collaboration with Marketing and Scheduling teams to optimize appointment

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling or patient outreach is preferred.
• Healthcare experience not required.
• Strong phone communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Make proactive outbound calls to schedule appointments.
• Fill appointment openings across multiple office locations.
• Contact patients by phone, email and text.
• Identify patients needing follow-up or updated testing.
• Assist with scheduling campaigns and events.
• Document conversations and outcomes in the patient management system.
• Track outreach and scheduling results.
• Work toward individual and team scheduling goals.
