Beltone in Carlisle, PA is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to be the face and voice of our hearing healthcare clinics. You will handle front-desk tasks, schedule appointments, collect patient information, and maintain accurate records to support a patient-centered experience.

The role emphasizes data entry, CRM upkeep, and coordination with providers. A strong customer service background and attention to detail are essential for success in this office-based position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of data entry/administrative experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Proficient with Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets; organized file management.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients as they enter the clinic.
• Answer telephones, take messages, transfer calls, and confirm appointments.
• Collect detailed demographic information and maintain patient files per HIPAA rules.
• Enter data and maintain electronic patient files in the CRM system.
