Qualifications

• General office duties and support for the Hearing Care Practitioner (HCP).
• Help manage scheduling to maximize testing opportunities.
• Contact current, past and potential patients and report results.
• Collaborate on local marketing and community relationships for referrals.
• Answer calls professionally and ensure timely follow-up with patients.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance in documentation and forms.
• Reconcile cash balance and manage accounts receivable/payable.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming office environment.

Responsibilities

• Administrative support to assist HCP with patient process.
• Utilize scheduling system to maximize testing opportunities.
• Actively contact patients and track appointment results.
• Collaborate on local marketing and community activities.
• Answer inquiries and follow up with patients professionally.
• Process clinic forms to ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Reconcile cash balances and handle banking deposits.
