Beltone Carlisle, PA is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to be the face and voice of our hearing care clinics. You will greet patients, manage appointments, and maintain patient files in our CRM while ensuring HIPAA compliance.

You will also assist with billing information collection, support limited outbound marketing calls, and collaborate with Hearing Care Practitioners to keep the clinic organized and efficient. A high school diploma and strong data-entry skills are required.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to type.
• 2+ years of data entry/administrative experience in a healthcare office setting preferred.
• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, and file management.
• Detail oriented with discretion handling confidential patient information.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• English communication skills; Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients as they enter the clinic.
• Answer calls, take messages, transfer calls, and confirm appointments.
• Collect demographic information.
• Schedule patient appointments.
• Maintain physical and electronic patient files per HIPAA rules.
• Enter data and maintain electronic patient files in the CRM system.
• Initiate outgoing marketing calls to patients not seen recently.
• Use software to create spreadsheets, manage databases, and prepare reports.
