Job summary

HearingLife is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator in Beaver, PA to be the face of our retail clinics nationwide. You will attract new patients, manage administrative tasks, and coordinate patient interactions to support clinic revenue goals.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, handling 50–75 daily calls, scheduling appointments, processing insurance, and maintaining HIPAA standards while providing excellent service. Training programs are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required; college degree preferred.
• 1–2 years in customer service, administrative, or healthcare-related role.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all patients with high levels of customer service.
• Inbound and outbound calls, 50–75 per day.
• Schedule and confirm all patient appointments.
• Collect and verify medical insurance information.
• Manage office supplies and ordering.
• Process payments and maintain HIPAA standards.
• Maintain inventory for hearing aid supplies.
