Job summary

HearingLife is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator for its Beaver, PA clinics. You will be the face of the local retail clinics, ensuring a positive patient experience while supporting revenue goals through patient attraction, administration, and coordinated care.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency with scheduling tools and EMR systems. Responsibilities include greeting patients, handling 50–75 daily calls, scheduling appointments, collecting insurance

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Able to multitask and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using scheduling software and EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and maintain high level of customer service.
• Handle 50-75 calls per day (inbound/outbound).
• Schedule and confirm all patient appointments.
• Process patient information and insurance details.
• Order and receive office supplies; manage payments.
• Maintain hearing aid supplies inventory; keep office clean.
