HearingLife, a national hearing care company, is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator in Beaver, PA. You will welcome patients, manage appointments, verify insurance, and support clinic operations to meet revenue goals across locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, administrative, or healthcare-related roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable using scheduling software and EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and maintain high level of customer service.
• Inbound and outbound calls, 50-75 per day.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• PPI intake and processing; collect and verify insurance information.
• Order and receive office supplies; payment processing.
• Hearing aid supplies inventory management; maintain HIPPA standards.
