Job summary

Starkey Retail, operating through Northland Hearing Centers, Inc., is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator in Houston (Memorial). You will greet patients, manage schedules, maintain records, and support patient accounts to ensure a seamless visit.

The PCC helps drive retention and education, coordinating with clinic teams and marketing efforts while upholding HIPAA standards and providing exceptional front-office service.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Familiar with front office operations and patient accounts.

Responsibilities

• Receive patients into the clinic per company standards.
• Greet and assist patients; offer coffee and refreshments.
• Answer phones with a standard greeting and empathy.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; manage patient outcomes entry.
• Maintain patient records and PMS; assist in education when needed.
• Manage accounts receivable, deposits, and inventory for the clinic.
• Support retention marketing and participation in events.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect patient privacy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
