Job summary

The Woodlands, TX-based Patient Care Coordinator at Starkey Retail serves as the friendly front-line contact for patients, guiding them through scheduling, records, and events to ensure a seamless, warm clinic experience.

You will maintain patient accounts, manage the schedule, assist with education, and support retention initiatives while adhering to HIPAA standards in a busy on-site environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years’ experience in customer service or retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive patients into the clinic and greet them according to protocols.
• Coordinate front office operations and patient flow.
• Manage patient schedule and record-keeping; update PMS.
• Assist in patient education and outreach efforts.
• Support accounts receivable, deposits, and inventory for the clinic.
• Contribute to events and marketing retention efforts.
• Adhere to HIPAA and protect patient privacy.
