The role emphasizes high-level coordination, multi-tasking, and timely documentation, contributing to quality, patient-centered care with a strong support focus for clinicians and staff.

Qualifications

• Formal medical training or 1 year healthcare experience required.
• Experience verifying demographics and insurance information preferred.
• Good communication across care teams and with patients.

Responsabilités

• Manage patient and provider schedules for assigned areas.
• Complete patient registration and check-in process.
• Verify patient demographics, employer and insurance information.
• Handle telephone messages and professional communications.
• Manage multiple technology applications.
• Handle MyChart requests including sign-up, messaging, and password resets.
• Multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Continuously improve processes and patient experience.
