Qualifications

• 1 year Proficient use of computer keyboarding and Microsoft office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate appointments, procedures, labs, imaging, and surgeries.
• Serve as a single point of contact for scheduling across departments/locations.
• Navigate complex protocols and provide updates to patients.
• Prepare and manage daily provider schedules.
• Review and respond to patient messages in Epic/MyChart.
• Ensure timely communication with care team and patients.
• Identify issues such as insurance or adherence to avoid delays.
• Uphold safety and reliability per standard processes.
