The ideal candidate will have formal medical support training (MA/HUC/NA/Medical Secretary) and at least 1 year in a healthcare environment, with strong organizational and IT skills.

Qualifications

• Formal medical training or certification is required (MA, HUC, NA, or Medical Secretary).
• Healthcare setting experience preferred (1 year).
• Strong communication and data-entry skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient and provider schedules for assigned areas.
• Complete patient registration and check-in process.
• Verify patient demographics and insurance information.
• Handle telephone messages promptly and professionally.
• Use multiple technology applications to access patient information.
• Process MyChart requests and patient messages.
• Multitask effectively and prioritize tasks.
